The Rev9 FMIC Front Mount Intercooler is engineered to enhance both the efficiency and power output of turbocharged vehicles. This intercooler significantly reduces the heat of the compressed intake air charge before it enters the engine, leading to improved performance. Featuring a bar and plate design, this intercooler excels at dissipating heat. It functions as a large heat exchanger, effectively managing the heat generated during intake charge compression. This process ensures that boost pressure and engine response are not compromised. Rev9 intercoolers are recognized for their high efficiency, offering twice the cooling performance of OEM units with a lower pressure drop. Constructed with aluminum end tanks and a competition core, this intercooler is built for performance. It boasts a maximum capacity of 300-550HP and has dimensions of 20" core length, 12" core height, and 3" thickness, with 2.75" inlet/outlet sizes and an end-to-end length of 29". The kit includes a built-in mounting bracket on the intercooler and piping, along with high-pressure silicone hoses and T-bolt clamps for a straightforward bolt-on installation.
