The AIRTEC Motorsport Front Mount Intercooler is engineered as a direct replacement for the restrictive OEM intercooler in the BMW M135i F40 and M235i F44 models, as well as compatible X2, MINI Clubman, and MINI Countryman variants. It features a significantly larger and freer-flowing design compared to the stock unit. The intercooler's enhanced performance is achieved through a taller core with increased depth, which substantially boosts overall capacity and frontal area to optimize airflow. This, combined with AIRTEC's high-flow, one-piece cast end tanks, ensures that air is directed correctly and efficiently, leading to greater overall volume and efficiency. The intercooler boasts a stepped design for maximum flow and is manufactured in the UK by AIRTEC, featuring their signature cast end tanks for improved airflow and durability. Available in a Pro-Series black finish, this comprehensive kit includes all necessary fixtures and fittings, along with detailed fitting instructions. The unit measures 810mm in width, 230mm in height, and has a stepped depth of 140/40mm, with a total capacity of 22.1 litres and a frontal area of 1,870cm². AIRTEC Motorsport backs this intercooler with a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty.
