The Rev9 Bolt-On Front Mount Intercooler Kit is engineered to enhance the cooling performance of your BMW's turbocharged engine. Designed as a direct bolt-on factory replacement, it aims to simplify installation. It boasts 50% more air flow volume compared to the OEM intercooler, contributing to more consistent performance and mitigating heat soak issues. The kit is compatible with a range of BMW models, including the 740i/740Li(x) (F01/F02) from 2010-2015, the 640i/640iX (F06/F12/F13) from 2012-2017, and the 535i(X)/535d(X) (F07/F10/F11/F18) from 2010-2016, all equipped with the N55 3.0L Turbo engine. Key specifications include a Max Horsepower Capacity of 300-500HP, a Core Length of 22 inches, a Core Thickness of 3.5 inches, and Inlet/Outlet Sizes of 2.4 inches. The approximate End-to-End Length is 28 inches.
