The Neuspeed Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the cooling efficiency for the 2015-2018 Volkswagen GTI. This kit utilizes a highly efficient bar-and-plate core with cast aluminum end-tanks, positioning it as a superior alternative to standard intercooler upgrades. Its design fills the lower bumper opening with a twice-thick core, placed in front of the A/C condenser and coolant radiator to ensure maximum exposure to cool, unrestricted airflow. The installation process for this kit requires no cutting or trimming of the vehicle's metal bumper structure or cover, with modifications limited to the plastic air deflectors. It includes the intercooler with rubber isolator mounting, billet mounting brackets, silicone hoses, T-bolt hose clamps, and all necessary mounting hardware. Optional features like a black heat-emitting coating and a NEUSPEED stencil are also available. **Please note:** This intercooler kit **does not fit** vehicles equipped with Forward Collision Warning. It is designed for 2015-2018 Volkswagen GTI models, specifically those without Secondary Air Injection (SAI).
