The CTS Turbo Front Mount Intercooler Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance and power of your B7 A4 2.0T. By maintaining lower charged air temperatures, even under extreme conditions, this kit ensures optimal engine operation. The core of the system is a high-density bar-and-plate intercooler, capable of supporting up to 600HP, making it an excellent upgrade for vehicles with K03, K04, or larger turbocharger setups. The intercooler piping is hand-fabricated from aluminum, finished with a durable black powder coating, and measures 2.5 inches in diameter. These pipes feature smooth transitions to ensure quick boost response and maintain optimal airflow. The kit utilizes stainless steel T-bolt clamps and 4-ply silicone connectors for secure and reliable connections. Additionally, the pipe ends are bead-rolled to prevent the hoses from dislodging under pressure. Installation of this large intercooler requires trimming to the bumper reinforcement, but the intercooler piping itself requires no trimming to the bumper. The kit includes the CTS Turbo Front Mount Intercooler Kit components necessary for installation. Core dimensions are 20 x 11.25 x 3 inches.
