The Rev9 ICK-056 is a front mount intercooler kit designed for the Ford Focus ST 2013-2018.

This kit offers twice the cooling performance of the OEM intercooler with a lower pressure drop. It features a competition core constructed from aluminum with aluminum end tanks and piping. The kit includes aluminum piping, silicone hoses, and t-bolt clamps.

The Rev9 ICK-056 Front Mount Intercooler Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the cooling performance for your Ford Focus ST, model years 2013 through 2018. This results in cooler, denser air entering the engine, which directly translates to increased power and torque output even at the same boost levels. The kit features a competition-grade core constructed with durable aluminum end tanks and piping. It includes two 2-inch aluminum pipes, four silicone hoses, and eight t-bolt clamps for secure connections. The intercooler core itself measures 26 inches in length, 7 inches in height, and 3.5 inches in thickness, with 2.5-inch inlet and outlet sizes. The overall length from end to end is approximately 37 inches. The kit is capable of supporting horsepower levels of 400hp and beyond. Installation of this intercooler kit requires some minor modifications. Specifically, approximately 1 inch of the inner edge of the bumper cover will need to be trimmed to accommodate the thicker core. While often described as a direct bolt-on, some users have reported needing to drill an additional hole in the mounting brackets on each side for a more secure fit. The kit includes all necessary components as pictured to complete the installation.
