The CTS Turbo FMIC Kit is a front mount intercooler designed for the B5 Audi A4 1.8T. It offers significant cooling improvements over the factory setup and is capable of supporting up to 450hp. The kit features a high-density intercooler core and cast aluminum end tanks.

The CTS Turbo FMIC Kit is an upgrade for stock or modified B5 Audi A4 1.8T vehicles, providing substantial cooling benefits over the factory intercooler. It is engineered with a high-density intercooler core and cast aluminum end tanks for improved thermal performance. The kit includes black powdercoated steel piping, 4-ply silicone couplers, and stainless steel T-Bolt clamps, all featuring bead-rolled ends to prevent leaks and blow-offs under boost. This system is capable of supporting up to 450 horsepower and is compatible with factory turbochargers (K03/K04) or Eliminator kits. The kit comes with a MAP sensor flange, which will need to be blocked off if your vehicle does not have a MAP sensor. Installation requires the removal or relocation of the Secondary Air Injection pump. Note that the silicone couplers may require trimming for proper fitment. The stock bumper grilles can be reinstalled with minimal trimming to maintain a sleeper look.
