The EuroCompulsion Front Mount Inter-Cooler Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the Fiat 500 Abarth and Fiat 500T. This kit replaces the entire stock inter-cooler system, utilizing a robust bar and plate inter-cooler core with a substantial 6400cc volume. The hoses are constructed from heavy-duty, 5-ply silicone reinforced with KEVTEK for superior durability and resistance to extreme conditions. Designed to withstand pressures of 80+ psi and temperatures exceeding 600 degrees Fahrenheit, this inter-cooler kit offers a critical upgrade for high-performance applications. It streamlines the connection points, reducing them from 12 factory connections to just 4, thereby minimizing potential leak points. The silicone piping maintains a single, uninterrupted line from the turbo to the inter-cooler and from the inter-cooler to the throttle body, promoting efficient airflow. The turbo-side hose features a high-temperature, oil/chemical-resistant layer to prevent degradation. Combined, these features effectively lower inter-cooler temperatures, boost turbo efficiency and longevity, and help maintain engine power and efficiency, particularly when integrated with other performance modifications. The larger diameter piping and end tanks contribute to higher flow capacity, while the reduced pressure drop and increased cooling efficiency are notable benefits. This inter-cooler kit is confirmed to fit both automatic and manual transmission variants of the 1.4L Multi-Air Fiat 500 Abarth and Fiat 500T. The AT and MT kits are distinct and not cross-compatible. The kit includes the inter-cooler, KevTek silicone hoses, and all necessary mounting hardware.
