Precision-engineered with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software, the intercooler's end tanks and FDS system are optimized for minimal pressure drop and maximum airflow. This design not only lowers intake air temperatures by an average of 20C-30C but also reduces pressure drop across the intercooler by approximately 70% at Stage 1 power levels, allowing the turbocharger to deliver more usable boost. The intercooler supports an impressive 650-740hp range. Constructed with a dense bar and plate core, cast and machined aluminum end tanks, and precise TIG welding, this intercooler is built for durability and high performance.
