The Full-Race V2 Intercooler Kit is engineered to significantly reduce charge air temperatures, maintaining near-ambient levels for your 2015-2016 Ford F-150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. This robust intercooler features TIG-welded end tanks and a hand-fabricated steel lower support beam, offering superior durability compared to the OEM plastic and aluminum components. Boasting a flow rate exceeding 1000cfm, the intercooler core ensures minimal pressure drop (under 1psi) even at power levels up to 600+ horsepower. This enhanced cooling performance helps prevent engine knock and unlocks the full potential of your EcoBoost engine. The kit is proudly built in the USA.
