The Rev9 ICK-029 is a front mount intercooler kit specifically designed for the Volkswagen GTI MK5 models from 2006 to 2009 equipped with the 2.0T engine. It includes all necessary components for installation: a 3-piece polished aluminum pipe adapter, two polyester-reinforced high-temperature silicone hoses, five t-bolt clamps, and the black aluminum intercooler core itself. With a core length of 25 inches, a height of 6.75 inches, and a thickness of 2.75 inches, this intercooler is built to handle significant power increases. It is rated for a maximum horsepower capacity of 400-500HP, with an inlet and outlet size of 2.25 inches and an overall end-to-end length of 30.50 inches.
