Front Mount Intercooler Kit

The Rev9 intercooler kit is a high-performance, front-mount solution engineered for increased thermal efficiency and power delivery. Specifically designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, it is compatible with the 2013-2016 Audi A4/A5 B8.5 1.8L and 2.0L TFSI models (post-facelift), as well as the 2013-2017 Audi Q5 2.0L TFSI. By replacing the restrictive factory intercooler, this system provides twice the cooling capability and a lower pressure drop, resulting in cooler, denser air intake for the engine. Constructed from aluminum with a TIG-welded finish, the core utilizes a bar-and-plate design for optimal heat transfer and structural integrity. The unit includes an anti-corrosion coating to ensure longevity under demanding road conditions. Technical specifications include a 24-inch core length, 22-inch core height, and 2.5-inch thickness, with 2.5-inch inlet and outlet connections and an approximate end-to-end length of 38 inches. This system is capable of supporting engines producing over 700 horsepower.
