The Rev9 Bolt-On Front Mount Intercooler Kit is engineered to enhance the performance of BMW vehicles equipped with the N55 3.0L Turbo engine. Its design prioritizes improved cooling through a thicker core, which contributes to gaining horsepower. The kit boasts a direct bolt-on factory replacement design, simplifying the installation process significantly. Key specifications include a maximum horsepower capacity of 300-500HP, a core length of 22 inches, and a core thickness of 3.5 inches. The inlet and outlet sizes are 2.4 inches, with an approximate end-to-end length of 28 inches. This intercooler offers a 50% increase in airflow volume compared to the OEM unit. The Rev9 Bolt-On Front Mount Intercooler Kit is specifically designed for the following BMW applications: 740i/740Li(x) (F01/F02) N55 3.0L Turbo from 2010-2015, 640i/640iX (F06/F12/F13) N55 3.0L Turbo from 2012-2017, and 535i(X)/535d(X) (F07/F10/F11/F18) N55 3.0L Turbo from 2010-2016.
