The HPD IK-DM2-F is a front mount intercooler kit designed for the Isuzu D-MAX and MUX 3.0L models from 2016-2020 that feature a diesel particulate filter.

This kit includes a bar and plate core measuring 600x275x76mm, alloy mandrel bent piping, quality silicone hoses, and German-made load-rated clamps. It also comes with a mounting bracket and a 1-year warranty. The intercooler is nearly twice the size of the factory unit and features a CNC billet map sensor boss for precise sensor fitment.

The HPD IK-DM2-F front mount intercooler kit is engineered for 2016-2020 Isuzu D-MAX and MUX models equipped with the 3.0L diesel engine and a diesel particulate filter (DPF). Vehicles with a DPF will typically have a bright red hot side boost pipe originating from the turbocharger compressor cover. This comprehensive kit replaces the factory intercooler with a unit featuring a bar and plate core measuring 600x275x76mm, offering nearly double the size for improved cooling efficiency. It includes precisely fitted alloy mandrel bent piping, durable quality silicone hoses, and German-made load-rated clamps. Heavy-duty CNC mounting brackets ensure a secure fit using factory OEM rubber mounts to the radiator support. By reducing inlet air temperatures, this intercooler contributes to lower engine running temperatures, leading to enhanced performance, reliability, and consistent power delivery. It is designed to complement aftermarket turbo kits that may not offer an intercooling solution, helping to improve a 4WD's performance, reliability, and fuel efficiency. HPD also offers a complementary transmission cooler kit that bolts in with this intercooler, assisting in maintaining lower transmission temperatures during demanding conditions like towing.
