Description

The ZZPerformance ZZ-ATS-FMIC is a comprehensive bolt-on intercooler kit engineered to replace the stock components in your RWD or AWD ATS 2.0L turbo. The kit comes complete with the intercooler and its mounting brackets, heavy-duty silicone couplers, premium stainless T-bolt clamps, and all the hardware required for a direct connection. The stock intercooler core measures 21 5/8" wide x 16" high x 1 1/4" thick. In contrast, the ZZP core dimensions are 23 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" high x 4" thick (note that these measurements exclude the end tanks). Digital installation instructions are provided, offering step-by-step guidance for the replacement process. ZZPerformance also now includes a stencil with all heat exchangers and intercoolers, allowing customization of the ZZP logo. Important fitment information: This intercooler kit will not fit on 2.0L CTS models due to insufficient space for the larger core with the stock bumper cover.
