Front Mount Intercooler Kit

The stock intercooler on the Regal is a mere 1.25 inches thick and positioned between the AC condenser and radiator, leading to heat soak and poor performance. This ZZP kit relocates the intercooler to the front of the vehicle, allowing for direct airflow and a substantial decrease in overall intake and manifold temperatures. Initial testing demonstrated a 40-50°F reduction in manifold air temperatures after a single third-gear pull compared to the stock system. The ZZP intercooler core measures 28" width x 6 5/8" height x 4" thick, representing over a 50% increase in volume compared to the stock 26" width x 14.5" height x 1 1/4" core (measurements exclude end tanks). This kit includes the ZZP front mount intercooler, powder-coated hot and cold side charge pipes, reinforced silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, and all necessary hardware for installation. This kit is specifically designed to fit the 2014-2017 Buick Regal GS with the 2.0L engine. While built around the GS front bumper cover, customer feedback indicates it also fits the standard non-GS bumper cover.
