Front Mount Intercooler Kit

The CTS Turbo B7 A4 FMIC kit is engineered to significantly boost your vehicle's performance and power by ensuring lower charged air temperatures, even under demanding conditions. It utilizes a high-density bar and plate intercooler core, capable of supporting up to 600HP, making it an excellent choice for B7 A4 vehicles equipped with K03, K04, or upgraded "big turbo" setups. The kit's intercooler piping is meticulously hand-fabricated from aluminum and finished with a black powder coat for durability and aesthetics. This kit features a core with dimensions of 20" x 11.25" x 3" and 2.5" diameter piping, designed for optimal airflow and boost response. It comes complete with 4-ply silicone connectors and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure secure connections. The pipe ends are bead-rolled to prevent hoses from dislodging under pressure. While the design allows for installation without trimming the bumper itself, trimming of the bumper reinforcement is required. Installation requires trimming to the bumper reinforcement. The product is specifically designed for the B7 A4 2.0T model.
