Front Mount Intercooler Kit

The Rev9 ICK-003 is a front mount intercooler kit engineered to enhance the performance of your 1998-2001 Audi A4 1.8T, compatible with both FWD and Quattro models. This kit utilizes a bar and plate intercooler design, acting as a heat exchanger to dissipate heat from the compressed intake air charge. This process leads to more efficient cooling, which translates directly into increased horsepower and torque. The kit includes three aluminum pipes, five silicone hoses, and ten t-bolt clamps. The intercooler itself has a core size of 20.5" in length, 6" in height, and 2.5" in thickness, with 2.5" inlet and outlet sizes, and an overall end-to-end length of 28". Installation may require modifications, such as cutting the front bumper, due to the larger size of the aftermarket intercooler compared to the factory unit. Rev9 recommends professional installation by an experienced technician. Custom MAF sensor flanges may be needed for certain applications, and custom brackets are required for mounting. The intercooler comes with a 3-year warranty.
