The AIRTEC Motorsport ATINTVOL1 is a front mount intercooler designed for the Volvo C30 T5. It features a 90mm core and smooth-flowing end tanks to reduce intake temperatures. This intercooler bolts onto the bottom of the radiator cradle without adding significant weight to the standard mounts. It comes with full brackets and necessary fixtures for easy installation. The intercooler is available in a natural silver or Pro-Series satin black finish.

The AIRTEC intercooler upgrade is specifically designed for the Volvo C30 T5, offering a substantial improvement in intake air cooling. Developed in-house, the intercooler features a massive 90mm core and meticulously designed end tanks to efficiently reduce intake temperatures. Its mounting system attaches to the radiator cradle, preventing the excessive weight often associated with other alloy intercoolers on the market. Installation remains straightforward, with all necessary brackets, fixtures, and fittings included. This intercooler is available in two finishes: a standard natural silver or a Pro-Series satin black for a stealthier appearance. An optional big boost pipe kit is also available, exclusively in black. The dimensions of the intercooler are 325mm in width, 165mm in height, and 90mm in depth, with a capacity of 4.8 litres. It is compatible with the Volvo V50 T5 and S40 T5 models. Testing demonstrates a significant reduction in intake temperatures compared to the standard Volvo C30 intercooler. The stock unit recorded outlet temperatures of 57-59 degrees Celsius across multiple runs, while the AIRTEC intercooler consistently brought these down to between 23-24 degrees Celsius, even with ambient temperatures reaching up to 24 degrees Celsius.
