The REV9 ICK-031 is a front mount intercooler kit engineered for the 2001-2005 Honda Civic coupe and sedan (EM1). This comprehensive kit aims to enhance the performance of turbocharged engines by cooling the intake air charge more effectively. The intercooler itself boasts a capacity of 300-550 horsepower. Its core dimensions are 19 1/2 inches in length, 6 inches in height, and 3 inches in thickness. The piping is constructed from aluminum with a 2.5-inch diameter, and the kit includes 7 silicone couplers and 16 t-bolt clamps for a secure fit. Included in the kit is a Godspeed Project Spec-A Intercooler and a SSQV blow-off valve, contributing to improved boost control and charge air cooling. The intercooler specifications include an inlet/outlet size of 2.5 inches and an overall end-to-end length of 22 1/2 inches with a height of 11.5 inches.
