The CXRacing Front Mount Intercooler Kit is designed for the 2007-2009 Mazdaspeed3 1st Gen. It features CXRacing's Double Core Intercooler technology, maximizing cooling capacity while retaining the factory bumper support and other original parts.

The kit includes an intercooler with a 4" bottom core thickness and 2.5" inlet/outlet, along with a 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum piping kit. It also comes with a Blow-Off Valve (BOV), silicon hoses, T-bolt clamps, and brackets. A notable installation requirement is the need to cut and extend the power steering cooling tube, with the kit providing braided SS lines and clamps for this purpose.

The CXRacing Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) Kit is engineered for the 2007-2009 Mazdaspeed3 1st Gen, utilizing CXRacing's latest Double Core Intercooler technology. This design maximizes cooling efficiency and capacity by utilizing available space under the bumper support bar and between the bumper support and AC condenser, all while preserving the factory bumper support and other original components. This ensures a significant performance gain and improved cooling without the need for extensive cutting or removal of other parts. The kit's intercooler features a substantial 4-inch bottom core thickness, a 12-inch total height, and 2.5-inch inlet and outlet. The piping is constructed from 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum, ensuring smooth airflow. Installation of this kit requires modification to the power steering cooling tube, specifically cutting and extending it. CXRacing provides the necessary braided SS lines and clamps to facilitate this modification. Available silicon hose color options include blue and black.
