The AIRTEC Motorsport ATINTMINI03 is a performance front mount intercooler upgrade specifically designed for the Mini R53. It boasts a robust 50mm thick, track-proven bar and plate core engineered by AIRTEC, featuring cast end tanks to enhance airflow and ensure superior strength. The kit includes silicon and alloy boost pipe connecting hoses along with stainless steel clips for a secure fit. Installation of this intercooler is estimated to take 3-4 hours and comes with fitting instructions. It offers a huge surface area while still allowing ample airflow to the radiator's top section, crucial for optimal performance in warmer climates. The intercooler includes a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty. Please note that installation requires the removal of the air conditioning system and some minor cutting under the bonnet. This intercooler is exclusively available in Pro-Series satin black. As these intercoolers are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks from the date of order. Specifications include a 50mm core thickness, 340mm total height (including 40mm pipes), 440mm width, and uses 45mm O.D. pipe.
