The Thermal R&D exhaust system is a front pipe back system specifically designed for the 2023+ Acura Integra. This system is constructed with 3-inch mandrel-bent T-304 stainless steel tubing, offering superior durability and performance. Customers can choose between a full polished finish or a black ceramic coated tip option to match their vehicle's aesthetic. The exhaust utilizes Thermal's proprietary True Helmholtz Technology, which allows for straight-through exhaust characteristics while effectively cancelling out unwanted drone. The Helmholtz chambers are integrated internally within this model to optimize weight and cost-efficiency for the end-user, without compromising the signature sound quality expected from Thermal products. High-end compression clamps are used to ensure maximum adjustability during installation.
