The rotor is heat-treated for specific applications and CAD-CAM designed and stress analyzed. It is KBA and TUV approved and features aluminum relocation brackets.

Crafted from a proprietary blend of virgin high carbon 420 stainless steel, each rotor is laser cut, not stamped, ensuring precision and durability. The parallel double disc grinding process guarantees a perfectly flat braking surface, which, combined with application-specific heat treatment, contributes to reduced warping and exceptional longevity. Designed using CAD-CAM technology and subjected to stress analysis, this rotor is built to withstand demanding conditions. It offers more braking power, better heat dissipation, and excellent resistance to corrosion. The wave design maintains a cleaner pad-disc contact surface, further enhancing braking effectiveness and consistency. The rotor is KBA and TUV approved, attesting to its quality and safety standards. Included with the rotor are aluminum relocation brackets made from robust 7075 T6 and 6082 T6 alloys. The rotor seamlessly replaces the stock unit, and full instructions are provided to aid in installation.
