Front Shackle Reversal Kit

The Ford 2WD to 4WD Conversion Kit is engineered to transform your 1992-1997 Ford F-250 or F-350 from a 2WD to a functional 4WD platform. This kit is designed to work with an 85-97 Dana 60 front axle, offering a 2-inch front lift through a shackle reversal system. The kit aims to improve ride quality, suspension geometry, and off-road articulation compared to the stock suspension. The kit is available in two configurations: a Basic Kit, suitable if you have a donor 4x4 truck for essential components like shock mounts and brake line brackets, and a Deluxe Kit, which includes everything in the Basic Kit plus additional parts like a stock replacement panhard bracket, F-350 4WD pitman arm, and new U-bolts, for those starting with just the axle. Fitment is specific to 1992–1997 Ford F-350 trucks equipped with a Dana 60, or 1992–1997 Ford F-250 trucks that have already had a Dana 60 axle swapped in. It is also designed for use with 80–97 Ford F-250/F-350 52-inch stock leaf springs. It is important to note that this kit is NOT FOR USE WITH TTB DANA 50 AXLES. Installation notes indicate that quality leaf spring bushings are required for proper shackle clearance. Some frame rivet holes may need slight trimming for installation, and it is recommended to install the kit under vehicle weight for accurate geometry. A post-installation alignment check is also advised. An intercooler-specific version is available, which features a lower crossbar to accommodate an intercooler.
