By tying the two front shock towers together, it provides a noticeable improvement in handling, especially during hard cornering, making it an essential upgrade for auto-cross or track event participants. This particular model features a center bar constructed from 100% real carbon fiber, offering extreme lightness and stiffness with a high-tech appearance. The shock tower mounting plates are precision-machined from CNC aluminum, ensuring accurate and easy mounting to existing points without requiring any drilling. Installation is a straightforward bolt-in process. While generally a direct bolt-in, Turbo models may require slight relocation of a fluid reservoir. This strut brace is designed for a variety of Porsche models, including the Boxster & Boxster S (987), 911 Carrera, Carrera S (997), Turbo (997tt), and Cayman, Cayman S (987) from model years 2005-2013, depending on the specific trim and sub-model.
