The Tekarbon Front Side Panels are crafted to enhance the appearance and performance of your 2011-2020 Kawasaki ZX10R. Each panel is meticulously layered with a premium automotive clear coating that provides robust UV protection, safeguarding the carbon fiber finish from sun damage and maintaining its aesthetic appeal over time. The product is available in both Twill and Plain weave finishes, allowing you to choose the style that best complements your motorcycle. Installation of these carbon fiber panels is considered semi-advanced. Some flexibility may be required, and minor modifications, such as filing on slots, might be necessary. It is recommended to use hand tools and lubricant when screwing bolts into the plastic fasteners, and to avoid over-torquing. If screw holes are too small, a slight enlargement with a drill bit may be needed. Tools such as an Allen wrench set, Dremel kit, grinding stone bit, sanding bands, drill bit, lubricant (WD-40), safety goggles, and gloves are recommended for installation. Please note that due to the nature of carbon fiber material compared to ABS plastic, minor modifications could be necessary. Hardware or mounting brackets are not included with this product, and must be sourced separately.
