Front Splitter

The Street Aero front splitter enhances the aesthetic and aerodynamic profile of the 2006-2011 Honda Civic SI Sedan when fitted with the Mugen front bumper. Constructed from durable 6mm thick Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), this splitter boasts excellent UV resistance, weatherability, and an anti-corrosion skin for lasting appeal and easy maintenance. However, if the OEM undershroud has been removed, additional mounting solutions will be necessary. It is also recommended to remove the vehicle's splash guards for a more precise fitment. For secure installation, the vehicle's bumper, undershroud, or valence must be firmly mounted to the chassis to support the splitter's weight. The assembled front splitter and bumper assembly should be bolted to the under-frame, ideally mounted as close to the front of the bumper as possible. Brackets, which are not included, should be utilized if the bumper is not already bolted to the under-frame, and are recommended for securing the front splitter to the frame for enhanced support. Splitter rods are recommended for high-speed use and are sold separately. Installation can be performed by the purchaser, though professional installation is recommended. The product includes the front splitter, stainless steel hardware, and an installation guide. Tools needed include a drill, screwdriver, 10mm wrench, and a car jack.
