The Maxton Design Front Splitter V.2 is a car and truck cover designed to enhance the visual appeal and aerodynamics of specific Audi models, specifically the Audi A5 S-Line F5 Coupe/Sportback and Audi S5 F5 Coupe/Sportback from model years 2016 through 2019. It is also compatible with the Audi S5 F5 Facelift (2019-) and Audi A5 S-Line Facelift (2019-). The product is constructed from high-grade, sturdy, and flexible ABS plastic, a material widely utilized in the automotive industry for both tuning components and essential car equipment. This V.2 front splitter aims to improve vehicle aerodynamics by increasing downforce, which exerts more pressure on the front axle, leading to improved traction and driving stability, particularly noticeable at high speeds. The product is delivered ready for installation and is available in three surface finishes: Gloss Black, Textured (no longer available), and Carbon Effect (no longer available). The complete set includes the splitter/front bumper lip spoiler, a mounting kit, and a mounting manual. Maxton Design recommends that installations be completed by a professional to ensure the product is fitted correctly according to their fitting manuals. All products arrive with a protective film, which is a thin plastic vacuum-sealed around the product to prevent damage during transit. Returns are only accepted on products that have not been fitted, painted, or sprayed, and have not had the protective film removed.
