Description

The Rotora® Stainless Steel Brake Lines are engineered to meet and exceed DOT Compliance and FMVSS 106 Standards, offering a direct upgrade for your Ford Explorer (2020-2023). The stainless steel construction prevents brake hose expansion, allowing for precise modulation and improved braking confidence. Constructed with a PTFE (Teflon®) inner line to carry brake fluid, these lines are encased in a layer of woven stainless steel braid. This combination ensures resistance to expansion under pressure and durability against impacts and abrasion. A blue, abrasion-resistant PVC cover protects the stainless steel braid, while strain relief devices reinforce the end fittings. Each Rotora® brake line undergoes in-house testing to 3,500 PSI to guarantee proper fit and longevity. All kits include the necessary fittings, hoses, and hardware for installation. Please note that Rotora brake lines are non-returnable for any reason.
