This brace is a 100% bolt-on component, requiring only light to moderate mechanical skill for installation, which typically takes about an hour.

The BMR Front Subframe Chassis Brace is engineered to provide track-ready stability and improve the handling of your S550 Mustang. By stiffening the factory K-member and tying the front lower control arms to the K-member's rear legs, this brace significantly reduces deflection during cornering and braking. This leads to increased steering feel and more stable alignment under load, without introducing any additional noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH) into the cabin. Constructed from robust 2-1/4" DOM steel and 1" x 1.5" rectangular tubing, the brace features a triangulated design for exceptional rigidity. It is finished in a durable, bright red powder coat for a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant appearance. The installation process is straightforward and entirely bolt-on, with all necessary hardware included. While a lift is helpful, installation can be accomplished with jack stands and basic tools, typically taking around one hour and requiring light to moderate mechanical skill. This BMR Front Subframe Chassis Brace is specifically designed to fit 2015-2023 GT and EcoBoost Mustangs, as well as 2024-2026 Mustangs equipped with a manual transmission. It is important to note that this brace is not compatible with GT models equipped with Kooks Long Tube Headers.
