Description

The Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Stainless Steel Front Subframe Spacer Kit is engineered to provide essential clearance for C5 and C6 Corvette owners. This kit will raise the vehicle's frame by approximately 0.250 inches, creating additional space above the engine. This added clearance is particularly beneficial for accommodating superchargers and other bulky engine components without requiring the purchase of an aftermarket hood. The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, including stainless steel plugs. All factory sensor locations are reused, ensuring a seamless integration with your vehicle's existing systems. The billet design of the Kong Performance Gen 3 Billet Supercharger Lid, when used in conjunction with these spacers, adds a significant amount of supercharger whine compared to cast lids. **Fitment Note:** For C6 ZR1 models, variations in hood clearance can cause the front corner of the supercharger lid to make contact with the hood. To ensure proper clearance and prevent rubbing, the use of Lingenfelter's .250" subframe spacers (Part Number: L510050197) is recommended.
