The Brown Davis Front & Sump Guard is a robust 2-piece underbody protection system specifically engineered for the Toyota Hilux (1997-2005) IFS models. This guard is constructed from durable, laser-cut and folded 3mm steel, providing critical protection for vital components like the differential and sump against the rigors of off-road touring. Designed with practicality in mind, the guard incorporates recessed mountings to protect bolt heads and front venting holes where necessary to aid cooling. Its design also aims to maximize approach and departure angles, allowing for greater off-road capability. The unit is finished with a powder coating in grey for enhanced durability and resistance to the elements. Installation is facilitated by the inclusion of all necessary hardware for an easy DIY fitment. The 2-piece design also allows for easy removal when vehicle servicing or cleaning is required.
