The Powerflex Front Thrust Rod Bushings are engineered to replace the stock rubber bushings in the front suspension of BMW E60 and E61 5-Series xDrive AWD vehicles, including 525xi, 528xi, 530xi, and 535xi models. By replacing the degradable factory rubber with advanced, proprietary polyurethane material, these bushings effectively eliminate unwanted deflection, leading to improved handling, steering precision, and tire wear consistency. Each set is manufactured in the United Kingdom using automated processing equipment and is machined to ensure perfect fitment. The kit includes specialized copper-based grease, reducing the need for re-lubrication due to the material's unique internal design features. Installation requires removing the original rubber bushings from the arms and cleaning any residue from the bore before pressing in the new polyurethane replacements. Full installation instructions are included with the kit. These bushings are designed as a direct replacement for BMW OE part numbers 31126768302 and 31120406872 and are backed by a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
