Front Twin Tube Nitrogen Gas Strut

The Dobinsons GS29-723 is a heavy-duty front twin tube nitrogen gas strut engineered for Jeep Cherokee 4x4 models. Designed, developed, and tested in Australia, these struts are built to perform in demanding conditions. They provide a significant increase in performance over standard shock absorbers, featuring larger bodies and bores, and increased valving for improved vehicle handling and control, while reducing shock fade. Constructed with superior components, this strut utilizes Japanese NOK multi-lip seals, Fuchs German shock absorber oil, and natural rubber bushings for reduced noise, vibration, and flexibility. The thicker walls and longer travel increase durability and capability for both on-road and off-road use. It is compatible with stock coils or Dobinsons Lifted Coils. Installation requires the front struts to be fully seated in the knuckle, ensuring the welded brake line bracket is firmly against the knuckle to prevent deflection or damage. Replacement of one-time use OEM parts from the dealer and specialized tools may be necessary. Professional consultation is recommended prior to installation.
