Description

The Dobinsons GS59-690 is a front twin-tube shock absorber engineered for demanding off-road conditions, offering a significant performance increase over standard shocks. It utilizes a nitrogen gas charge to minimize oil aeration and prevent shock fade, even under extreme heat or heavy loads. Constructed with superior design principles, these shocks feature thicker walls and extended travel. Key components include Japanese NOK multi-lip seals for enhanced durability, Fuchs German shock absorber oil for optimal performance, and natural rubber bushings to absorb noise and vibration while maintaining flexibility. The internal design incorporates Teflon piston rings for smooth operation and double chrome hardened rods for increased strength. A metal shock boot is included to protect the rod from damage, ensuring longevity. These struts are specifically matched to compliment Dobinsons Complete Suspension Systems, providing a cohesive upgrade for your vehicle. They are designed and tested globally to withstand harsh environments, from the Australian outback to Russian winters. This shock absorber is designed for the Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series from November 2007 to 2021.
