Front Upper Control Arm Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS121304 Upper Control Arm (UCA) Kit is engineered to enhance the strength, suspension travel, and overall performance of your 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD. Constructed from robust 1.5" OD x .120-wall steel tubing and fully welded for superior durability, these UCAs are ideal for leveled and lifted applications. The kit features an indexed ball joint cup that corrects ball joint positioning, crucial for maximizing wheel travel in lifted or leveled setups. It also incorporates factory-style, durometer-specific rubber bushings, offering greater longevity than polyurethane alternatives. Installation is straightforward as the arms come fully assembled and ready to bolt in. This kit is designed to add approximately 1.4 degrees of positive caster, aiding in alignment correction for lifted vehicles. Optional weld-on steering stops and wheel spacers are supplied for use with factory wheels. The lift height compatibility is designed for 2-3" lift applications and works with most leveling and 6" lift kits on the market. Important notes for installation: Stock wheels and tires may fit, but could be tight against the ball joint cup depending on alignment and tire profile; wheel spacers might be necessary. This kit will not fit trucks equipped with a BDS coilover conversion kit; for those applications, BDS121301 is required. The kit is compatible with both 2WD and 4WD models within the specified year range. It includes rubber bushings and grease fittings for maintenance.
