They are particularly crucial for vehicles that have been lowered, as they allow for proper alignment settings that the stock eccentric washers cannot achieve. By replacing the factory's soft, worn bushings with FK Spherical Rod Ends, these arms minimize unwanted alignment changes during aggressive driving maneuvers such as hard cornering, acceleration, and braking. Constructed with gun-drilled 2024 Aluminum center links, clamps, and clevises, these control arms reduce unsprung weight while providing superior strength and durability. They feature Blue Anodized Titanium socket head cap screws and a 360-degree rotating clamp system for ease of adjustment. The 3-piece Teflon-lined FK Heim joints/Rod Ends offer low friction, smooth articulation, and eliminate bushing deflection. These rod ends are designed for quiet operation and have a wide operating temperature range (-65º to 325ºF), ensuring reliability for diverse driving conditions. The applications for these rear upper control arms include BMW F20, F21, F22, F23 models from 2010-2019, and F30, F31, F32, F33, F34, F35, F36 models from 2011-2019. They are manufactured in the United States and are sold as a pair.
