These bushings are designed with an offset bore to match the original caster offset and feature on-car adjustment for tuning. The Powerflex PFF5-4101 are performance polyurethane front upper thrust arm to chassis bushings designed to replace stock rubber components. These bushings feature an offset bore machined into the sleeves to precisely match the original caster offset of the stock bushings. Additionally, they offer on-car adjustment capabilities, allowing for further tuning and alignment refinement. Stock rubber control arm bushings can lead to a disconnected and mushy feel in the front suspension, especially when worn. This can result in sloppy steering, vibrations, and a general feeling of instability. By upgrading to these stiffer polyurethane bushings, deflection is significantly reduced, which helps maintain alignment with less variation. The result is a more planted and confidence-inspiring driving experience. Powerflex is a leading suspension bushing manufacturer, utilizing extensive experience with polyurethane and advanced manufacturing techniques to produce premium, exact-fit performance bushings. For installation, the use of Powerflex Copper Grease (PCG1) is recommended to ensure ease and a squeak-free service life, with periodic reapplication advised. These Powerflex street bushings are suitable for daily driven vehicles and those used for occasional autocross or track events. Powerflex also offers Black Series bushings for dedicated track cars, which are 25% stiffer. All Powerflex products come with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
