The Zimmermann 610371120 is a front, vented disc brake rotor with a 316mm diameter. It features Zimmermann's Coat Z anti-corrosion protection, which prevents rust at the hub for improved longevity and appearance. This rotor can be mounted directly out of the box. It is made from grey cast iron and is engineered and made in Germany, conforming to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN ISO TS 16949 quality standards.

The Zimmermann Coat Z Disc Brake Rotor is designed as a direct replacement for the front brakes on select Land Rover and Volvo models. Featuring a 316mm diameter and a vented design, these rotors are engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications. This proprietary compound is matched to each vehicle's factory specifications. The integrated Coat Z anti-corrosion protection, applied since 2008, prevents rust formation at the hub, enhancing the rotor's lifespan and maintaining its appearance without the need for removal before installation. The rotors are produced in Germany in conformity with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN ISO TS 16949 quality management systems. This rotor is sold individually and two are required per vehicle. It is compatible with Land Rover LR2 models from 2008-2015 (Base, HSE, HSE Lux, SE) and various Volvo S60, V60, and V60 Cross Country models from 2015-2017, specifically those equipped with 316mm front brake discs. Always verify fitment with the "Make Sure It Fits" tool or by consulting fitment charts to ensure correct application.
