FSI High Pressure Fuel Pump

This kit provides a 50% displacement increase over the stock HPFP, enabling fueling support for nearly 600hp at 7500rpm. It is considered a necessity for Stage 2 and big turbo FSI engines and is compatible with ECU tunes calibrated for a 9.8MM diameter HPFP piston. Key product features include a constant diameter piston with a nitrided surface finish for superior tolerances and wear resistance, an ultralight titanium retainer to reduce valve float, and a leak-free molybdenum disulfide impregnated seal. The components are engineered and manufactured in the USA. Every kit is tested on a dedicated fuel pump dyno before shipment to ensure proper break-in and quality control. Assembly requires basic tools and a clean environment to prevent contamination of the high-tolerance internals. A matching ECU tune is required to utilize the increased fuel flow capabilities of this upgrade. This HPFP upgrade fits all belt-drive 2.0T FSI engines, including VW MK5 GTI/Jetta, MK6 Golf R, B6 Passat 2.0T, 8P A3/S3, B7 A4, and MKII TT. It also fits VW and Audi 3.6L VR6 FSI engines, and 2007-2009 Mazdaspeed 3 DISI and 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed 6 DISI engines. For Audi 4.2L FSI engines, two pumps are required.
