FT7R4-3E Level 3 Automatic Transmission

The FTI Performance FT7R4-3E is a Level 3, 600HP rated 700R4 automatic transmission designed for serious hot rod enthusiasts. This remanufactured transmission features FTI's performance-calibrated valvebody and a billet servo, making it an excellent choice for street cars. Key internal components include an HD Borg Warner sprag, high-capacity clutch packs, a 30-spline input shaft, pre-wired 4th gear lock-up, a performance wide band, a hardened sun shell, and a wide HD low roller clutch, all contributing to very firm shifts. The transmission has a 3.06:1 first gear ratio and is constructed with an aluminum case and a steel pan. This unit is specifically noted for its Chevrolet bellhousing bolt pattern and includes an adapter for Edelbrock carburetors. It also comes with a new locking filler tube, dipstick, and TV cable. The transmission case is finished in black. This FTI 700R4 transmission is suitable for street rod retrofits and most 1986-1994 Full Size Chevy trucks. It is rated for up to 600HP.
