FT86 4-2-1 Equal Length Header

The JDL FT86 4-2-1 Equal Length Header is engineered to significantly increase mid-range horsepower and torque for the FR-S/BRZ/86 chassis, while maintaining strong top-end power. This header is designed to virtually eliminate the "torque dip" characteristic of the FA20 engine and also enhances power across the RPM range for the FA24, which already has increased displacement. The 15" convergent merge collectors are designed for high velocity flow. Each header is handcrafted and precision TIG welded, with all welds back purged to ensure maximum strength and durability. It is port-matched for optimal flow and offers a modular design that works with both OEM and aftermarket over-pipes. This header is available for both the 2013-2020 and 2022+ generations of the vehicle. Optional thermal ceramic coating is available to reduce radiant heat, lower engine bay temperatures, protect surrounding components, and add additional corrosion protection. The header includes the necessary gasket and hardware for the connection to the over-pipe. A limited lifetime warranty is provided to the original purchaser. Note: This header does not include a provision for an EGT sensor, which may be a requirement in some European regions. End users will be responsible for having an EGT bung installed locally if needed.
