FT86 Catted UEL Header with GESI EPA Catalytic Converter

The JDL FT86 Catted UEL Header is crafted to deliver the distinctive "Subie Rumble" sound characteristic of unequal length headers, while also incorporating a GESI EPA compliant catalytic converter. Each weld is precision TIG welded and back-purged to ensure maximum strength and durability. Designed to maximize power potential, this header is suitable for naturally aspirated or supercharged applications and is rated to support up to 500hp. It is port matched for optimal flow and comes with the necessary gasket and hardware for connection to the overpipe. The header is available for both the 2013-2020 and 2022+ generations of the FR-S/BRZ/86 chassis. JDL Auto Design backs the manifold with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser, and the catalytic converter includes a 5-year manufacturer warranty. An optional thermal ceramic coating is available to reduce radiant heat, lower engine bay temperatures, and provide additional corrosion protection. Buyers are advised to consider replacing OEM manifold gaskets, especially on older vehicles. Note that this header does not include a provision for an EGT sensor, which may be required in some European regions; users are responsible for having a bung installed locally if needed.
