FT86 V2.1 Turbo Kit

The JDL Auto Design FT86 V2.1 Turbo Kit provides a forced induction solution for the 2013-2020 Scion FR-S, Toyota 86, and Subaru BRZ models equipped with the FA20 engine. Key features include a choice of Garrett or Pulsar turbochargers, each offering different power capabilities, ranging from up to 350 hp with the Garrett GT2860RS to up to 750 hp with the Garrett GTX3076R GEN II. The kit includes a CNC mandrel-bent Schedule 40 304 stainless steel exhaust manifold, available in both unequal and equal length configurations. A TurboSmart wastegate is standard, with options for open dump (standard with recirculation) or fully recirculated dump tubes. Optional enhancements are available, including thermal ceramic coating for hot parts to reduce radiant heat and lower engine bay temperatures, as well as various blow-off valve and intercooler pipe color options. Please note that for power levels exceeding 300whp or when using Ethanol fuel blends (E85/FlexFuel), upgraded fuel injectors and a fuel pump are required. Additionally, a 3-BAR MAP sensor is mandatory to accurately read boost levels up to 29 psi when tuned. Tuning and tuning software are not included with the kit.
