The WIX 33406 is a spin-on fuel/water separator filter designed for full flow service. It features enhanced cellulose media and a 5-micron nominal micron rating. This filter has a height of 9.805 inches and an outer diameter of 3.677 inches at the top, with a 1-14 thread size. It is rated for a maximum flow rate of 12-15 GPM and has a burst pressure of 203 psi.

The principle application for the WIX 33406 is for Caterpillar Engines and Cummins Celect Engines, featuring a standpipe and a 5-micron rating. A shorter version is available as part number 33407.
