The RCI Fuel Cell is constructed from TIG-welded 5051 aircraft aluminum alloy, ensuring a strong yet lightweight design suitable for various applications. This fuel cell features a 12 bolt heavy-duty aircraft style flush mount lid assembly, available in natural aluminum or powder coated finishes in red, blue, or black. It includes two pickups, one return line, and one rollover vent, enhancing fuel management and safety during operation. With a capacity of 1 gallon, this fuel cell is designed for efficient fuel delivery and is equipped with safety foam to minimize the risk of fuel slosh. The outlet and vent fittings are sized at 1/2 inch (-8 AN), providing compatibility with standard fuel systems.
