The Sierra 18-7859 is a carburetor fuel filter designed for marine applications. It replaces Mercury, OMC, and Volvo part numbers. This fuel filter is suitable for most GM Inline 4 & 6 cylinder engines, Ford, and GM V-8 engines up to 400 HP, as well as all Mercruiser 224 CID engines.
