FUEL FLOW SENSOR, 25-500 LPH

The Maretron M2AR fuel flow sensor is designed to be connected to the NMEA 2000® network via a Maretron FFM100 Fuel Flow Monitor. It is compatible with fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic fluid, or other clean petroleum-based products. The sensor should be mounted with its rotor shafts in a horizontal plane to ensure proper operation. To prevent damage, a diesel fuel filter (75 micron) or a Y or basket type 200 mesh strainer should be installed as close as possible to the inlet side of the sensor. Liquid thread sealant should be used on all pipe threads, and Teflon tape should be avoided. The system should be slowly filled with fuel during initial commissioning or after maintenance to prevent damage from entrapped air. The FFM100 needs to be configured with the K factor printed on the fuel flow sensor.
