The DeatschWerks ID-1050-XDS fuel injector represents the latest evolution in high-performance fueling, building upon the legacy of the ID1000 and incorporating lessons learned from the development of the ID1300x and ID1700x. This injector is not a modified production component; rather, it is a purpose-built motorsport injector optimized for critical operating parameters. It is the result of a collaboration between Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport. Key advancements in the ID1050-XDS include corrosion-resistant internals, ensuring compatibility with all known fuels and extended service life even with aggressive fuel types. Its compact body design allows for fitment in over 200 diverse applications, including many current and future engines that use short-body injectors. An improved internal flow path provides a 5% increase in output without compromising low-flow performance, while a robust magnetic circuit maintains stable operation at pressures up to 10 bar (145.0 psi). With a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min @ 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) (using gasoline at 52°C/125°F), the ID1050-XDS is designed for high-horsepower EFI builds. It features a USCAR electrical connector and a replaceable inlet filter to help maintain performance and longevity. All applications listed with an asterisk next to the part number are incompatible with the stock ECU due to scaling limits.
